guarantees all appliances against manufacturing
or material defects
for a full 90 days from fabrication date.
INSURANCE is available
for removable orthopedic/orthodontic
appliances with some exceptions.
The insurance option is available to our clients
automatically or by
case selection.

completing your prescription.

Terms |
Insurance provides that upon
LOSS, DAMAGE BEYOND REPAIR
AND/OR APPLIANCE BREAKAGE
Rideau Orthodontic Mfg. Ltd.
will remake or repair the
appliance
to the original prescription
one time only.

12 months coverage is available at 20% of appliance

Removable Appliance Insurance does not cover:
*Fixed or Straightwire appliances,
ALF,
Removable vacuum formed retainers, Mouthguards,
Bleaching/Fluoride Trays,
Positioners, Splints or Crown & Bridge |
