guarantees all appliances against manufacturing
defects
for a full 60 days from fabrication date.
INSURANCE is available
for removable orthopedic/orthodontic
appliances with some exceptions*.
The insurance option is available to our clients
automatically or by
case selection.
Please select the Insurance option when
completing your prescription.

Terms |
Insurance provides that upon
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Rideau Orthodontic Mfg. Ltd.
will remake or repair the
appliance to the original prescription
one time only.

Extension of Coverage |
Extensions to the six-month coverage period will not
be permitted. |

*Exceptions |
Insurance does not cover:
*Fixed or Straightwire appliances.
*Removable vacuum formed retainers, Positioners
or any type of splint. |
