disinfected in a Protective Plastic Container
including an expansion screw activation key.

Daily Report Booklet is provided for the patient
in which the doctor can document appliance activation instructions.
Refer to the colored arrows when outlining expansion screw activation instruction for the patient.
The patient's laboratory invoice provides
additional appliance information.
