Fixed appliances are required when
patient compliance with a removable appliance is a concern. 

Treatment success is dependant upon patient compliance.

All fixed appliances are shipped from the laboratory
disinfected in a Protective Plastic Container
including an expansion screw activation key/wrench.

A Daily Report Booklet is provided for the patient
in which the doctor can document appliance activation instructions.

Always refer to the patient's laboratory invoice
for additional appliance information.
